Senator Hughes, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 102 "An Act                                                                        
relating to funding for Internet services for school districts; and                                                             
relating to the Alaska higher education investment fund" for the                                                                
Education Committee meeting on April 4 at 3:30 p.m. Without                                                                     
objection, it was so ordered.
